Nesting

Since I last wrote -and this is also the reason for the delays- we've moved. With a LOT of help. I have no idea what we would have done without all of our helpers and I don't even want to think about it. The move (from finding an apartment to moving in) was all probably done in record time because I have been a woman singularly obsessed with knowing where we would be living and preparing that home for this baby kicking inside me. We're still living in a chaos of boxes, but we're making a little bit of progress on that every day.

In the meantime, I've grown a serious belly. I have a picture from a couple of weeks ago that I will post once the camera emerges from the chaos--its here somewhere. There's no mistaking that I am pregnant now. An added bonus of the move is that now on my commute I don't have to play the "let's see if any New Yorker ever gives the pregnant lady a seat" game anymore. We're on a less crowded train line and there are seats available. AND I thought the commute would be longer but its not.

Other than that it has been a big week at work. Big changes, more responsibility for me just when I am not looking for it. All of this has me really tired--I can't tell if it is all that is going on that is making me tired, because it is enough to--or if its just because now I'm in my 29th week and I am tired because of that. It doesn't really matter, either way I am longing for the crutch that caffine used to be for me to get through when I am dragging.

That's the update for now. Pictures to follow but it is hard to predict when.
